This existing 2 bed detached bungalow had already had the internal layout demolished by the previous client. Here at Platinum Architecture, we were presented with an open plan layout of the existing property, and our brief was to maximise the space to create maximum returns for the developer of the property.

The outcome was converting the existing conservatory to a new habitable room, dissecting the open plan are what we started with and creating 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open living kitchen and dining area.
